Shipping policy
Orders need to be placed at least 24 hours before the requested delivery date and time. If you require a rush order or same day delivery please call us at (786) 647-3027 and we will accommodate to your needs & concerns.
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that a delivery fee increase may apply around certain holidays.
Shipping to other states will be with any carrier services (e.g., UPS, USPS, or Federal Express, DHL, Hand Delivery). Sugar Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession.
As all of our products are live florals, all sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued.
We encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting it.Orders cannot be cancelled once Sugar Collections has begun processing the order. In order to promptly deliver our arrangements as fresh as possible, the processing of an order starts almost immediately once you have submitted your order. However, if you would like to change or cancel your order, you are welcome to call us to check whether the processing of an order has started, and if it has not we may be able to change your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs. Any changes to or cancellation of an order can only be made with Sugar Collections’ prior written approval and additional charges may apply.
